Dr. Hook is a seasoned product leader and researcher with over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health and education. She is the Head of Product for NIH Toolbox and PROMIS, Mobile Apps, at Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine. She develops and executes the strategy and product roadmap for 10+ apps that measure psychological and neurobehavioral function. These apps are frequently ranked #1 in the U.S. Medical App sales in the Apple App Store, and are used by thousands of professionals across 22 countries and multiple industries.In her role as a Research Associate Professor at the Northwestern University Department of Medical Social Sciences, she is the co-investigator on multiple NIH-funded research grants, and oversees and contributes to research design, data analysis, training, proposals, and mentoring of junior staff. Her research is showcased in her numerous peer-reviewed journal publications, books, presentations, and podcasts. Dr. Hook is passionate about creating customer-centric solutions that address complex challenges and improve outcomes in the behavioral health and educational assessment field.
