As a Senior Associate, I used applications of Behavioral Science to design Randomized Controlled Trial social good interventions to help end-users overcome barriers to their desired behaviors. Focused on higher education, poverty, and health (both domestic and international), I:- conducted mixed methods research methodology into end-user behavioral barriers,- developed IRB protocols and managed IRB submissions,- managed partner relationships and planned and oversaw intervention implementation and data collection- conducted rigorous quantitative impact analyses through STATA.International Experience: Conducted qualitative research on behavioral barriers to successful transition for students in technical colleges – India (November, 2017), and to successful malaria case management practices among health providers and patients – Nigeria (Fall, 2018)

As the Manager and then Associate Director of Professional Programs, I conducted research and data analysis for the Vice Dean of MBA Programs to support strategic planning. As a Consultant and NYU Wagner graduate candidate, I assessed mid-term outcomes and sustainability of the TenSquared worker engagement pilot program, including:- conducting a mixed methods impact assessment of the Brazil pilot program utilizing a "Most Significant Change" -inspired qualitative research framework, - developing a program logic model to map relationships between resources, activities, outputs and outcomes of the program design,- creating a monitoring and evaluation plan to support the program's expansion into Turkey and China.International Experience: Conducted in-depth interviews on program implementation and impact with factory workers and managers – Brazil (January 2015)

As the Research Officer, I supported research and evaluation projects of the organization, including:- data collection and analysis for the Open Doors Report on International Educational Exchange,- impact evaluations of international exchange programs, including survey design, data collection and analysis, focus group facilitation, targeted interviews, and drafting reports,- editing and contributing to departmental publications.International Experience: Conducted capacity study of the training needs of the NGO sector – Trinidad and Tobago (September 2010); presented on US-Turkey Academic Exchange at EducationUSA annual training workshop – Turkey (December 2010)

As a Student Services Program Officer, I provided student services for Pakistani Fulbright grantees in graduate programs within U.S. universities, including:- monitoring and advising grantees on compliance with J-visa regulations, Fulbright and Pakistan home country policies,- maintaining SEVIS records and issuing immigration documents,- liaising with grantees, university and institutional contacts for problem solving and crisis management.

As an Accreditation Coordinator, I managed accreditation compliance evaluations at technical institutions, including:- evaluating institutional self-studies for compliance with accreditation standards,- conducting on-site compliance process evaluations,- conducting and analyzing student satisfaction surveys.

As the Student Services Curriculum Assistant, I supported programs and research activities conducted within the Research, Evaluation and Development division of the Foreign Service Institute's School of Language Studies, including:- administering and analyzing questionnaire series to assess learning styles of incoming students,- proctoring a standardized language acquisition capacity test to Foreign Service Officers and Specialists,- collecting and managing data on program participation for planning and semi-annual reporting.
