The Web site was comprised of 1,200 pages and featured training, certification exams and education solutions rendered via a state-of-the art content management system and sold via an eCommerce engine that garnered 25M a year in online sales. - Seamlessly supported content stakeholders in Sun Learning Services (SLS) delivery, product management, product marketing, field marketing and certification with quality content; meeting timeline requirements.- Scaled support from managing local content on two Training Stores (US/Canada), to managing an international content repository feeding 50 eCommerce Training Stores.- Expanded support for headquarters promotions globally, including translation, localization and publication.- Improved the overall user experience by commissioning usability studies on the US Web site and two international sites.
