At Community Clicks Media Group, my team and I began the Volunteer Brigade, a project designed to engage youth volunteers to make connections with seniors in the White Rock area. In this project, we were able to reach out to 300+ seniors and provide them with information and resources during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the Communications Manager for the Volunteer Brigade, I hired and led a team of 10-15 volunteers, supported volunteers through consistent 1-1 meetings, and created new initiatives for volunteers to establish a meaningful learning experience. As part of the founding team of the Volunteer Brigade, I coordinated project timelines, goals , and strategies in the creation of the project. In addition to this, my role also included developing internal foundational procedures and policies regarding organization marketing, applications and interviews, and external partnerships.

As the co-VP Logistics with Sauder Health and Wellness, I worked with my fellow co-VP to enact the foundations of events, as well as douse fires and stay with the action. Throughout the year I've been with HeWe, I've been a part of the first ever Mental Wellness convention, featuring wellness workshops, keynote speakers, as well as a panel of professionals. For our fellow Sauder students, I have been working to set up events such as our free monthly community lunch.

At the Flying Pig, my role was to be the first face and the last face a customer sees, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive and leave. I worked to arrange the flow of the restaurant through seating guests, as well as took calls and reservations.
