Selected Accomplishments:I developed and implemented a unique value statement process for our team, enhancing our strategic decision-making. This innovative approach streamlined objective prioritization and ensured alignment with company and team strategies.I led cross-functional teams in maintaining and sharing up-to-date roadmaps, improving visibility and communication across departments. This initiative enhanced leadership’s understanding of our department's strategic efforts over the next 18 months, ensuring alignment with company objectives.I played a key role in updating the department's mission, vision, and north star statements, aligning our department's strategies with the broader goals of the company.I provided mentorship to Product Managers and Business Analysts, significantly contributing to team and department effectiveness. Selected Accomplishments:I acted as a Project Manager for the Splunk 8.1 upgrade effort which resulted in a successful upgrade and the project being completed on time and under budget.I optimized the customer experience, team efficiency and leadership awareness of Data Center efforts through redesign of the work request form and associated reporting.I acted as a subject matter expert while guiding the team through an Internal Audit which resulted in a positive review from Internal Audit. After the audit I was asked to provide feedback to the Internal Audit department which they used to improve future audits.I increased company awareness of my team by leading a product offering rollout effort which included streamlining customer requests, redesign of customer facing documentation and marketing of team services to the company.I successfully migrated 34 departments and 19,000+ devices to a new infrastructure within project timelines despite setbacks that included technical roadblocks and a company reorganization. I was able to achieve success with the project and timeline through use case development, management of requirements, shifting of priorities, constant communication, and my ability to identify issues and escalate them through resolution as needed.

Selected Accomplishments:I increased team efficiency by consolidating and updating all documentation and implementing a documentation hierarchy to keep the team organized.I improved my team’s ability to successfully achieve business objectives by developing a consistent and documented method for gathering project requirements.I enhanced customer experience by creating communication templates for team use to improve consistency of messages sent to our customers.I was recognized in my first year by leadership as being flexible, learning quickly, and having an ability to join any team or project and immediately add value.

Selected Accomplishments:I led a team of new analysts through preparation for the complex annual Federal Home Loan Bank exam 5 years in a row which resulted in $1.1B in borrowing power for State Farm Bank and recognition of State Farm Bank as outstanding bank during the Federal Home Loan Bank workshop.I responded to Federal exam requests within tight timelines for multiple complex business lines for all Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) exams while managing other job responsibilities. I constantly re-prioritized tasks ensuring the most important and urgent tasks were completed first.I identified many issues and worked with multiple business areas to create and implement plans to resolve the issues. Some examples include:I implemented a strong systemic control to ensure flood insurance was reviewed and approved prior to loan closing which helped ensure compliance with Federal flood insurance requirements.I created and implemented procedures for responding to Information Security Incidents which helped ensure compliance with the Federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

Selected Accomplishments:I implemented the Manager Control Assessment (MCA) pilot program for Borrower Services and identified significant operational risks, assessed effectiveness of key controls, and addressed weaknesses in the design and execution of the key controls.I incorporated Manual Payment Processing changes to Borrower Services Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) testing which mitigated significant fraud risk to the company.I administered data retrieval, RCSA testing, results analysis, and corrective action plans for multiple business areas which resulted in less risk and a stronger control environment for the business.
