I provide leadership and support in planning, implementing and coordinating communications, marketing and public relations for the Agency. Our mission is to improve the learning outcomes and well-being of all children and youth by providing services and leadership in partnership with families, schools and communities.

As a volunteer coach for this summer certification program, I helped empower and inspire kids from 5-18 to look into their future, set goals and discover their individual potential. And we played some golf. :)

Successfully coordinated and implemented customized marketing and communications materials, including sales collateral, flyers, social media content, direct mail and presentations. Consulted with executive team and project leaders to develop impactful, customer-focused communications processes and strategies. Led a trade organization of 32 agencies focused on substance abuse, mental health, and problem gambling prevention, treatment and recovery programs. Developed proposals and budgets, managed board relations, identified resources, researched industry trends, analyzed finances, and educated staff and stakeholders. Collaborated with the government relations director to create communication materials that highlighted treatment successes and to advocate the need for increased funding.

I was chosen to serve as the association’s first Deputy Director. Tripled the growth of the organization’s training department, providing management, needs analysis, curriculum design, procedures, and systems for key audiences and stakeholders
