As the Senior Manager – Content & Data programs, I play a key role in the development of the digital media shift at Yellow Pages. Focusing on the merchant data ecosystem, I am responsible for the acquisition, management and publishing of all merchant’s content on Yellow Pages properties with the objective of building Canada’s most complete and rich local businesses database.Through the last years, I've been involved in the development of a Data group at Yellow Pages and created the role of 'program owner', regrouped within a senior team, in order to support the complex activities related to content operations, processing, management and distribution through the YP ecosystem.
