Supported the Legal team at Autodesk, Inc., by providing employment law advice and counsel to the HR organization, managing claims and litigation and advising on escalated employee relations matters. Strategic partner on special compliance and policy projects.

Responsible for all labor and employment matters for this Toyota-General Motors joint venture. Managed outside counsel to resolve employment litigation, (including class action litigation), labor arbitrations, and OSHA citation appeals. Represented the company in the handling of administrative state and federal proceedings, including discrimination charges, unfair labor practice charges, and wage and hour audits. Lead counsel in providing advice to HR and all levels of management on a wide variety of issues, including hiring, employee relations, performance management, discipline, individual terminations, reductions in force, wage and hour, leave laws, disability management, and contingent workforce. Primary Legal Business Partner to HR in resolving grievances and negotiating labor contracts with the UAW, including the plant closing agreement.
