About Julien Franck

Throughout my career, I gained almost 20 years of expertise in administration, accounting and corporate finance. I started working as an accountant at Primexis (France) then moved into analyst and controller roles for companies such as Delphi Automotive Systems (Luxembourg) and Veolia Environnement (Germany). Established in Luxembourg since 2005, I joined DCL Group in 2007 as controller taking over financial responsibilities for various companies of the group including those of Datacenter Luxembourg, LuxCloud and EuroDNS before helping JOIN Experience for two years. Starting 2017, I was Manager Finance and Administration at LuxConnect for more than six years.Since end may 2023, I'm Head of administration and finance at Restena foundation.Graduated initially from NEOMA Business School, I consolidated my accounting, tax, audit and legal skills at the CSLuxembourg and obtained his Master in Business Administration at University Nancy II.
