My skills and expertise also extend to research, where I have led many funded projects and currently serve as a peer-reviewed journal editor while also contributing extensively to practitioner-focused publications and presentations. I led the development of several key deliverables including CFP’s organizational point-of-view documents and a first of its kind interactive 12 part modularized adult-learning series to be used for training strategic public finance coordinators across the U.S. on cost modeling. I also provided thought leadership for several projects including a concept paper with milestone articulation for a first of its kind project to expand access and opportunities for tribal children and youth to publicly funded programs and services, strategies for field building in cost modeling and several funding proposals to research and expand the emerging field of strategic public finance.
