Managing the Finance, HR, Legal and IT related matters for the group SCDA, including the core worldwide activities of Design and Architecture (S$25m revenue, 120 employees), as well as adjacent businesses such as hotel property in Bali (Alila Villa Soori), real estate development in NYC (Soori Highline) and F&B in Singapore (bistro Soori). Reporting directly to the owner and founder of the group.Main responsibilities include :- Assist in evaluating the Company's business model and brand value and work with the management to chart and implement strategies to achieve the Company's vision and growth targets- Review, propose, implement and maintain policies to strengthen the financial controls- Oversee cash flow management and projection, budget forecasting, cost benefit analysis and financial resources- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and implement and maintain a contingency and disaster recovery plan- Oversee and manage the Company's liabilities including legal contracts, statutory and tax obligations, leases, insurance, loans- Provide reports and analysis to measure the Company's performance against set targets- Provide monthly reports for the above matters to the Management- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the Company including: profit & loss and balance sheet reports, reports to government agencies, liaison with banks and financial institutions

I was in charge of the preparation of those meetings, and the presentation together with the CEO.
