The Bee Equity Partners Ltd is a private equity investment company, listed in the Stock Exchange of Mauritius, and is part of IBL Group, the leading conglomerate in Mauritius.As Finance Manager, I am in charge of the overall running of the Finance department, mainly including accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury and risk management. I am also responsible for the reporting flow from investees to The Bee Equity Partners (creation of customed dashboards, timeliness of reportings, external audits and financial statements) and for the annual valuation of the existing portoflio companies. Finally, I am also part of the Investment process: building financial models and performing financial due diligence for prospective investee companies.
