On my first day of Kindergarten, I walked ahead of my parents to get to my class and never looked back. I immediately started engaging and playing with my new classmates. In the years since then, I am just as driven to connect with people. Energetic, passionate, and motivated to the core, I move to pour into others and develop them as individuals and part of a team. I thrive on calling-out strengths and encouraging other in their leadership giftings as well as directing them towards areas of improvement for their lives. I'm an ambitious individual offering 8 years' experience in planning high visibility events to drive organizational growth. My favorite part of my job was talent acquisition and developing leaders-of-leaders. I’m talented at cultivating relationships with clients. I maintain strong prioritization abilities with success in creating and managing event needs and preparation, including financial management.My specialties include development of others, leadership, relationship-building, quickly learning new skills, swift execution of projects, problem solving, and loads of human resource (HR) skills.
