Senior Research Project ManagerI am a structured and out-going Project Manager with +10 years of experience within early R&D and Project Management. I have been working as Project leader and Senior Scientist for several years in the early discovery phase at Novozymes and most recently, as a Research Project Manager at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech steering projects from initial ideas to Discovery. I find this role very interesting and thrive to use my passion and structured approach to drive complex projects. Especially, my interest has been how to steer innovation and technology projects efficiently and though the use of agile principles. Here, a clear focus on customer desirability/viability and technical feasibility during the project’s life cycle is important and I believe that the right tools and processes to facility project execution are essential.
