About Julie Reed, Mba
Making a difference in peoples lives is what drives me to be the best. My love for patient care began while working with physically and mentally handicapped campers in high school. I was honored to care for hospice and dialysis patients while earning my undergrad from Lindenwood University. I found that I can still make a difference driving performance and implementing change based on objective data. I now care for patients by solving process issues and driving changes that directly impact patients from behind the scenes. I developed management skills while earning my MBA from West Texas A & M and the amazing learning opportunities in my role as a Regional Manager. I've led teams to success on metrics, hospital initiatives, and hospital rankings. I've had the greatest opportunities to plan and implement processes at a brand new hospital in 2020 as well as implement a new HM program at existing sites. I look forward to finding new ways to impact change and improve the lives of patients in our communities.
Listed skills include Healthcare Management, Healthcare, Nursing, Hipaa, and 3 others.
