In the process of bootstrapping our SaaS product Wikiful, I’ve done everything from high-level product management and business strategy, to zoomed-in tasks like mapping user workflows and designing the individual components of our product. I’m passionate about honing UI and UX to craft an efficient and intuitive platform. My mission at Wikiful is to make sure we never settle for offering a good product when we can deliver a great one. A bad product is one you tolerate — a good product is one you appreciate — but a great product becomes part of your life seamlessly, without having to give it a second thought. Achieving that effortlessness is my goal for our platform.Prior to Wikiful, I worked in marketing at a high-achieving law firm. That experience taught me the value of time management, precision, teamwork, and the fact that providing excellent customer service is just as important as offering a top-notch product.
