- Facilitating face-to-face and online teaching of international students. Monitoring and facilitating the learning of students in class sizes of up to 26 students, as well as conducting one-on-one learning support consultations. - Collaborating with Engineering and IT colleagues and subject matter experts to increase opportunities to improve student communication skills within and outside of units. - Collaborating with teaching team members to adapt curricula and teaching resources to online teaching mode as well as mixed online/face-to-face classes.

- Lead teaching teams of between two to seven educators in a core Communication Diploma unit and senior high school unit over multiple 13-week teaching periods. Monitoring the teaching and assessing of student cohorts ranging in size from 25 to 300 students. Teaching included lecturing, facilitating skills workshops, and the writing and delivering of tutorial content focusing on knowledge acquisition and skill development. Team leading included weekly team meetings, and assessment benchmarking and moderation, to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for students. - Collaborated on curriculum review teams for two Diploma units on academic communication as well as a senior high school level unit on sociology, ensuring the units complied with QUT policies and the Australian Qualifications Framework. - Served on the College’s Professional Development Committee for two-years, including the development and management of the College’s Staff Professional Development Days, as well as presenting at staff workshops. - Earned a Fellowship with the Higher Education Academy (UK) via an application process proving my ability in five key teaching areas, peer references, and evidence of continuous professional development.

- Lead teams of educators for year levels 7 through to 9 as Co-Head of the Humanities faculty. This included monitoring adherence to the Australian Curriculum, assessment development and benchmarking, and the organisation of moderation of assessment between our staff and staff of other middle schools in the Darwin region.- Administered student testing in NAPLAN and PISA International testing, including the analysis of results to identify student learning needs to inform curriculum development and resourcing. - Participation in and delivery of staff professional development. Teaching of secondary school students in English, History, Geography, Business, Civics and Citizenship as well as developing the curriculum for Year 11 Modern History. This included working with teacher aides of students with learning and development needs.
