Customer Service Representative
Current-Assist customers in finding what product best meets their needs and ensuring they are informed properly about the product they are purchasing.-Occasional shifts in the security office, being the first to greet customers, checking identification of each visitor and maintaining a log of the events thru the day while keeping note of the cameras around property.-On opening shifts, use rolling carts to move products from the vault to their designated drawers, setting up display cases, and counting in on the register, ensuring everything is fully stocked.-On closing shifts, placing all product onto rolling racks so they can easily be rolled into the vault at end of shift, ensure that no product is left behind in display cases or drawers, and count out of registers.-Assisting with back of house operations as well, such as deliveries, cleaning, trimming, packaging, etc
