-Assist customers in finding what product best meets their needs and ensuring they are informed properly about the product they are purchasing.-Occasional shifts in the security office, being the first to greet customers, checking identification of each visitor and maintaining a log of the events thru the day while keeping note of the cameras around property.-On opening shifts, use rolling carts to move products from the vault to their designated drawers, setting up display cases, and counting in on the register, ensuring everything is fully stocked.-On closing shifts, placing all product onto rolling racks so they can easily be rolled into the vault at end of shift, ensure that no product is left behind in display cases or drawers, and count out of registers.-Assisting with back of house operations as well, such as deliveries, cleaning, trimming, packaging, etc

-Schedule and confirm 50 plus appointments weekly, depending on incoming lead volume.-Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls ranging from 500-1000 per week-Management of outside sales representative schedules while meeting monthly & weekly quotas-Basic secretarial duties such as faxing, copying, emailing with customers, filing, etc.-Assistance in production side work with customer jobs with ordering, organization and scheduling of installs

-Receive and process between 100 and 150 alarms per night -Monitor burglary and fire alarm accounts for over 10,000 CVS retail stores, omnicares, and distribution centers -Dispatching police and fire departments to 50 or more stores daily -Answer 300+ phone calls weekly from floater pharmacists and store managers to provide alarm codes and troubleshoot alarm panel malfunctions and assist in silencing alarms-Coordinate with third party alarm companies that also monitor alarms within CVS stores

-Log over 50 help desk tickets daily using HEAT ticketing system resulting in high customer satisfaction -Take ownership of over 10 Tasks weekly using HEAT ticketing system resulting in the distribution of temp local admin to technicians to assist users -Submit over 200 LCS forms monthly into the LCS Shared file resulting in organization at the service desk -Place at least 10 call backs to customers weekly on the phones to resolve the user's issues upon them reopening their tickets resulting in high customer satisfaction-Remote into over 100 computers weekly to determine what is wrong with a user’s computer using DSM/UEM Remote resulting in the resolution of more than half these tickets
