At Wisdom and Recovery, we focus on overcoming the devastating effects of addictions and childhood attachment confusion. I hold educational webinars including Childhood Brain Development and Attachment Conflicts, Healthy Sexuality, Relapse Prevention, Intimacy in Relationships, The Seven Chakras, and The "20 Concepts"-How to Re-wire the Brain. I lead support groups and provide guidance for individuals, couples, and families. In addition, I am a hypnotherapist helping people to overcome phobias and compulsive behaviors. These powerful treatments have also been proven to be effective in the reduction of stress and physical pain.

Using modern technology such as Skype and FaceTime, I am able to hold sessions with clients across the U.S. and internationally.
