I am a ‘big picture’ thinker who thrives on being able to take strategic ideas from development and proof of concept right through to delivery. I tend to be the person asked to move into an area to 'fix it' and am most happy at work when I am unravelling and solutioning complex business problems.I need variety in my work life and deal with continually changing priorities well. I take energy from building relationships and working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders across a range of departments. Equally I enjoy quiet time getting into the detail.
