Dr. Fraga is a psychologist + content creator + writer in San Francisco. In her clinical practice, she focuses on health concerns, primarily related to maternal mental health, parenting, infertility, and menopause. Dr. Fraga also writes service-related wellness stories for the New York Times, the Washington Post, NPR, WIRED, Parents, Real Simple, Glamour, InStyle, SELF, and TIME. As a psychologist, Dr. Fraga can break down social science/psychology research and turn the latest results into actionable/service-oriented stories. She is available for medical editing projects; freelance writing/content creation; and consulting projects, especially as they relate to women’s health and parenting. With a background in health education, she can also create training and group programs for hospitals and cooperations. She co-developed a postpartum support group and several prenatal workshops for UCSF hospital. Dr. Fraga has also written/created content for health and wellness companies, including Calm, Cleo, Clue, Millie, PsychCentral, Modern Fertility, and Healthline.
