Growing existing customer base by up selling and cross-selling additional products and services, negotiating service agreement renewals, and controlling inventory all while working professionally, safely, and complying with Department of Transportation regulations.

Responsible for generating monthly sales through outbound cold calling or lead generation which plays a key role in the growth and expansion of Comcast Business Services and its product offerings. Facilitates the sale of Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-size business to new and existing customers

Monitor ongoing work, identify problems and find remedies. Initiate continuous improvements of procedures and technology for operating excellence. Respond to the customer’s questions and complaints in a timely manner. Develop behavioral and disciplinary standards for employees. Supervise the daily operations of branch office. Ensure employees follow safe work practices and company standards. Develop operating budget and control expenses within that budget.

Perform duties of a ramp agent (bag handling). In addition to communicate with pilots / flight crews, dispatch and airport operations on a daily basis. Responsible for the safe calculation of aircraft weight and balance, using fuel amounts, baggage counts, and passenger weights. Record weight and balance checks using a specific control system. Groom aircraft passenger cabins. Cater aircraft with supplies for the flight crews. Responsible for performing some office duties.
