Promote the company by increasing the number of members at various locations, cross promoting with local businesses, targeting social media, and attending various events around town.-Roca Co-Manager: Responsible for; supervising a group of employees, attending to issues pertaining to members/employees, scheduling, inventory, maintaining safe environment for all members & employees. Promote the Roca Fitness facility, increasing number of members & meeting monthly goals.

Guide a variety of clients to achieve their physical & medical health goals through an exercise regimen (from weight management to strength and conditioning).

Promote various youth/adult leagues throughout the community with a limited budget, ordering/receiving inventory, recruiting volunteers to coach/referee, scheduling & coordinating overlapping sports/leagues & volunteers.

Assist nurse to provide care to residents. Assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor mental/physical changes, help residents ambulate within the facility.

Assist Head Athletic Trainer to maintain a safe & healthy environment within the facility, aide with athletic injury evaluation/rehabilitation regimen, first responder at various athletic events/venues to ensure the safety of athletes/guests.
