I have work in the construction business for more than 20 years , learned skills that are only acquire by working in the field and dealing with difficult tasks and problems that are often impossible to predict . I have learned to work under extreme pressured cause by difficult tasks, people and situations . I enjoy working with the diverse ethnicities that makes for me these business amazing , enjoyable and challenging . I speak many languages , which I believe provide me with a unique advantage while dealing with subcontractors and people in general . I'm great at promoting collective work which is fundamental for completing tasks and projects . I'm very proactive but also react great while under pressure . I have worked with amazing and knowledgeable people who have taught me many great skills and ways to solve problems .Proactivity is one of my best assets ! I enjoy building great relationships/ friendships which are key in the construction industry and life .
