Responsible for handling high volume requests for production creation with accurate event details by confirming with primary sources such as the venue or primary market. Productions are used by brokers for the resale of large ticket volumes to events/concerts/sporting events/etc. Maintaining productions up to date with changes to their dates/performers/locations, as well as following up with primary markets when event statuses change. Also responsible for the accurate mapping of broker inventory to appropriate productions using event details, and external mapping to other sources as requested. While assisting with customer support request for mapping, and handling multiple inboxes including FreshDesk, Skybox and Outlook.
