Experience of over 6 years as a full-stack Ruby on Rails developer at the Court of Justice of the State of Piauí (Brazil). I lead the team responsible for the institution's administrative systems projects, following Scrum practices. In addition to directly contributing to development, I am responsible for analyzing and prioritizing demands, requirements gathering, code reviewing, and coordinating the maintenance of applications and APIs.Before that, I worked for 6 years in the Brazilian Army, where I managed infrastructure, networks, and application servers. I led teams, planned acquisitions, and supervised contracts, activities that required leadership and management skills.In my early career, I worked in the private sector, developing systems in Java desktop, Java web, and C#. My team and I successfully implemented BI solutions in important local public institutions.My professional journey has always been connected to the public sector, where I've faced challenges of limited resources. I continuously strive to optimize processes and maximize resources to achieve high-quality results efficiently.
