Experience of over 6 years as a full-stack Ruby on Rails developer at the Court of Justice of the State of Piauí (Brazil). I led teams, planned acquisitions, and supervised contracts, activities that required leadership and management skills.In my early career, I worked in the private sector, developing systems in Java desktop, Java web, and C#. My team and I successfully implemented BI solutions in important local public institutions.My professional journey has always been connected to the public sector, where I've faced challenges of limited resources.
