Control of Financial services in Ecuador and new methodology to assign costs and losses to products and services. Finish studies on the economic and financial sector, such as: Financial Report of Stability, Ecuadorian over indebtedness, and house price indices. Review and approval of the new credit score model in Ecuador.

Strategic planning and new business development for telecommunications. Developed the company’s department budgets in 2009 ($120 million in investments) and 2008 ($160 million in investments). Implemented and organized marketing research to obtain valuable information to make financial decisions, develop new services and products, and deploy a new network. Created a marketing plan for residential and commercial products. Created business proposals to implement different technologies to obtain the stockholders’ approval. Participated in corporate affairs, including interconnection, contracts, grants, regulations, bidding negotiations with operators, among others.

Three-month contract to develop a PM software for the organization. It was successfully terminated in the period.

In charge of economic and technical part of the International Interconnection. Responsible for more than 3MMUSD monthly income of the company. Conducting negotiations for incoming and outgoing rates. I doubled the termination cost in Ecuador Mobile which increased the revenue of the Company and the other carriers followed the initiative. I got the highest volume of international incoming traffic with 21M of minutes in July 2005. Managing international connections for better quality and favorable trading conditions.

Developed and implemented quality control processes for network traffic control and per-minute tariff rates. Negotiated technical improvements between CNT and more than twenty international and eight national telecommunications companies to attain voice quality with a grade of service of 1 percent. Improved voice quality through new network traffic analysis methods including statistical analysis.Maintained telecommunications systems including LANs and WANs. Configured various hardware systems, including remote access servers, routers, switches and servers. Operated server systems such as: Mail, Web, News, and DNS.Developed a geo-system in Mapinfo related to network databases and tables. Performed engineering economic analysis to determine which projects would provide the best return to offer new services in telecommunications.
