Responsible for planning and managing projects to implement information security solutions for the company's customers, managing strategic projects for large clients.I also worked on planning and managing the operation of a data leak protection environment (DLP), email protection, encryption and corporate protection, at a leading customer in the general insurance segment, where I reversed a scenario of dissatisfaction and improved the relationship with the customer, thus guaranteeing the renewal of the contract and the achievement of new projects for this customer. I also built integrations between security tools and Microsoft SQL databases and created indicator dashboards based on Power BI.During the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, I worked on the planning and management of an Information Security and Incident Response Intelligence operation, for one of the largest Brazilian banks, during the period of the Olympic Games, obtaining the opportunity to renew this contract after the end of games.

I initially worked as technical after-sales for software, where I identified the opportunity to obtain revenue from such activity, having then led the creation of the embryo of a consultancy area (Brasoftware Consulting), which one year later became the company's second largest revenue. At Consulting, I worked on the definition, creation and specification of processes in the area of technical support contract management and later managed the technical support and operation of highly critical environments, for clients in the retail, health and civil construction segments, and in the management of the respective technical teams involved in such operations.I was responsible for the design, definition and implementation of a project management methodology, based on the PMBOK, for the project office and co-responsible for the creation of this office, where I managed projects of different complexities for customers. I also managed internal innovation projects that sought to develop new software and service solutions, where I worked on the design, planning and development of a Dashboard solution based on the Microsoft platform (Excel and MS-SQL databases) to meet the needs of customers in various segments. As a result of this initiative, the company was able to offer the market a low-cost, highly flexible BI solution.Later I worked on conducting IT maturity analysis projects based on Microsoft / Gartner tools and methodology, providing support for the commercial team to demonstrate the feasibility of investment for its clients.
