As Manager of Social Responsibility, I lead the development of strategic projects, contributing to the positive impact on more than 3,500 children and young people regularly served and 15,000 students in short-term initiatives (+75% and +90% growth over the last three years, respectively). In partnership with public schools and other professionals, we strengthen education and create opportunities for a more promising future.

Instituto Cacau Show provides free assistance to hundreds of children and youth in social vulnerability situations in Itapevi, Greater São Paulo Region, promoting educational programs. Since 2018 the organization has grown 350% in the number of students directly served and initiated actions to improve public education in the city. For two straight years, GPTW elected the association one of the 15 best social organizations to work in Brazil.

TriCiclos is a Latin American B Corp that works to create a world without waste through the Circular Economy. Deliver the CEO and board strategy and manage the team responsible for the operation of the largest network of private Recycling Stations in Latin America. With the support of +60 cooperatives of waste pickers in 16 Brazilian states, we collected +6 thousand tons of solid waste and impacted more than +1.6 million customers in the period. Management of socio-environmental development projects in Environmental Awareness and Education, Reverse Logistics and National Policy of Solid Waste, optimization of logistics processes, and quality and information management.

Responsible for social intervention in the slums of the country and the community development process based on Diagnostic Programs, Infrastructure Projects, and Construction of Transitory Houses, Education, Training Community Leaders, among others. Responsible for Strategic Planning, incidence strategy in politics, government relations, and spokesperson. Lead a team made up of +600 young volunteers and 25 contractors working in four Brazilian states with families living in poverty.

On Monday, June 3rd, 2013, Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) presented the study results concerning the impact of TECHO's transitional houses in Latin-American slums. The investigation revealed that TECHO's housing program improved the quality of the houses of the inhabitants of the community significantly and improved their satisfaction regarding their quality of life.The transitional houses' objective is clear: to contribute to healing a social debt towards those families that live in extreme poverty, the right and possibility of owning a dry and better quality place to live in.
