Current- Manage issue resolution and maintain clear, proactive communication throughout the resolutionprocess

- Manage Un-assigned case queue and disperse cases to the correct parties
- Collaborate directly with Independent Providers and Provider Agencies to address and resolve supportrequests, ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to manage multiple escalations simultaneously(multi-task)
