- Entry daily sales and make monthly stocks report.                - Daily check all employees’ attendance and make monthly attendance report.- Operational, daily check facilities and infrastructures.- Purchase needed supplies by contacting supplier, create purchase order, receive and check all necessary documents.- Compile all soft copy documents in order.- Control rooms usage and arrange rooms schedule.- Actively participate in arranging corporate events.- Other administration related stuff.
