GovSolutions Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit, technology research organization, trading as AI4GOV. • Develops digital workflows to automate and accurately model customer interaction with the bank such as voice call-outs, application filing and status requests, among others• Develops and creates back-end and front-end digital infrastructure that converts customer interest into actual applications and availments• Creates communication campaigns on Facebook, Google and other digital communication platforms for the purpose of acquiring new and optimizing the value from existing clients• Performs development and maintenance assistance on various projects within the Microsoft Office ecosystem such as SharePoint, Flow, PowerApps, and PowerBI, among others• Lead developer on various optimization, automation and digitization projects involving Microsoft Azure and its various cloud-based elements

• In charge of overhauling business operations particularly in the process digitization aspect, improving data collection and storage for analytics purposes• Headed the opening of a new branch as a response to business expansion demands, managed branch staff training, and supplier acquisition• Implemented and Inventory and Point-of-Sales system I developed using PHP, HTML, CSS and JS, allowing for more precise assets management and cost-profit visualization; Trained six employees for program usage and maintenance• Devised business plans for asset acquisition and stock redistribution to optimize business operations based on market demands• Brokered multiple contracts with local government institutions such as DSWD’s KALAHI-CIDSS program in Region V, and with barangay and municipal projects in the areas of Canaman, Magarao, and Minalabac; Also served as the point-person for a local project with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO)• Devised a system for Human Resources management to track attendance, payroll, and monthly benefits contribution

• Wrote and edited lesson plans for the weekly teaching lessons on literacy in the organization's area in Marikina Heights• As a tutor, employed alternative teaching methods in order to ensure active participation and engagement of the tutees in the area• Headed one of the organization's projects, the second Kapihan Session, a plenary on the implementation of K-12 educational system in the Philippines• Served as a core team member for various projects in the organization, performing functions such as promotion design, program flow creation and execution, as well as logistics• Served as the Communications Deputy for the organization's Executive Board Elections, handling correspondence to both candidates and voters, as well as other election related concerns such as ensuring vote integrity • Member of the Semester (2017)

• As the VP for Externals, I headed initiatives involving coordination with organizations within the Loyola Schools community for joint projects• Headed off-campus animal feeding program projects• Devised a primer discussing the procedures for conducting off-campus feeding programs
