Led up to 25 Sailors in supporting my organization's mission through driving an immense ship’s force maintenance and preservation workload, managing the upkeep of equipment, training of personnel, and the support of organizational priorities.• Orchestrated the rebuilding of three neglected organizational program areas in an unconventional dry-dock environment through coordinated execution of two pre-inspections for each. Led team in managing material, administrative, and training requirements for each program, by which over 100 discrepancies with paths to correction were identified. Successful requirements and organizational priorities management prompted Search and Rescue Program (SAR) launch.• Organized exercises and administrative audits through three outside parties for SAR program, oversaw preventative and corrective maintenance of related safety equipment, and managed US Navy requirements supporting the certification of two rescue swimmers and my organization meeting critical requirements for its major project of undocking.• Forecasted and identified project trends through data and pivot tables aiding in both bringing over 500 equipment out of an inactive status and in understanding and communicating to my Commanding Officer and stakeholders how multiple organizational projects were meeting projected deadlines.

Identified and attracted talent within organization to build a team, establish processes, and orchestrate the recording of over 50 events to include revamping of organizational programs and undocking totaling over 2200 photos.• Launched and streamlined processes of capturing, uploading, selecting, editing, authoring, and publishing photos and posts of significant organizational events to include reopening the galley and undocking all while leading a separate team and being responsible for three other program areas. Led four teams of up to 30 personnel across three compartment spaces ensuring continued complex maintenance and operations of aging engineering plant and availability of seven Gas Turbine Engines for two patrols at sea, Mid-Cycle inspections, and an unconventional EDMAV repair availability.• Led 11 Sailors in spearheading requisites for major organizational TYCOM Mid-Cycle Inspection. Directed team in ensuring all engine and support equipment and compartment spaces met safety requirements, planned and executed over 90 material demonstration checks, repaired 15 Repair Before Operate equipment discrepancies, and corrected 162 Inspection Survey Readiness Inspection team and 74 TYCOM Material Inspection discrepancies all supporting my organization earning a .89 score, the highest in the Western-Pacific region for 2017.• Leveraged database and tracking platforms to prioritize over 20 periodic discrepancy reports and aide in comprehensively briefing supervisors on resolving equipment, logistics, and frequent safety discrepancies with planned paths to correction. Efforts supported timely reporting, reliable logistics support, and higher leadership cognizance.• Masterfully directed four Sailors during incident at sea. In accordance with compliance, safety, and trainings led team to establish improvised communications, regained control of the situation, protected vital equipment maintaining redundancy, and ensured each Sailor could physically and mentally perform roles given unconventional circumstances.• Served as safety inspector during periodic zone inspections, conducted regular safety walkthroughs, and directed teams in cataloging and resolving discrepancies. Team’s efforts ensured the department operated in accordance with higher organization’s guidance and sustained readiness during extremely high operational tempo.
