1. Setup the HR shared service center for Group copmany 2. Configue and integrate work process and rules aligned with current group HR strategy3. Make sure employeeservice, lifecycle , payroll and benefits workflow of HRSSC in accordance with different location compliance 4. Improve the productivty and manage continuing processes for all China entities including employee service , payroll ,labor contract , employee mobility etc.5. Unify the compensation policy and enrich payroll and benefits structures throughout the company 6. Work with business departments to ensure HR projects, policy and process to be launched smoothly 7. Manage external vendors to ensure the service delivery on time and on quality 8. Ability to drive group HR system applying in each subsidiary corporation 9 Leverage the appropriate HRIS system (including PeopleSoft system, Payroll and Attendance system etc.) to ensure HR functional operation at high quality.10. As one of the core members of group HR to design and optimize all HR system.

1. Lead payroll outsourcing & attendance management project implementation during the fully cycle 2.Provide guidance and facilitate communication to stakeholders regarding the project of deliverables, project concepts, and schedules etc.3. Ensure HR business requirements are clearly communicated and understood for development and implementation.4. Make planning and resource scheduling and monitor the key milestones 5. Follow up the delegated tasks and responsibilities to ensure compliance with ground rules6. Leverage the internal and external resources to resolve the problems 7. Ensure the methodology is aligned with global best practices8. Ensure HR operation are delivered on time and on quality

1. Provide payroll processing monitor for all entities of SE to ensure timely and accurately delivery.2. Optimize payroll processing of HRSSC in matching HR payroll system and compliance request 3. Provide previous experience and advice in HR operation, including EE mater data management ,payroll processing, compensation and benefits, relocation ,social insurance etc.4.Responsible for the problem resolution during monthly operation processing procedure5.Maintain HR system and provide timely and accurate data report for management needs6. Leverage business transformation and the operation processes to realize the business value7. Works with external vendor and internal team to make sure payroll delivery on time and on quality8.Use project methodologies to lead and facilitate HR Payroll project rolling out 9.Other related duties
