Business Analyst
Current• Creates Business Requirement document (BRD) and Functional Requirement document and maintains the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) related document.• Conducts JAD sessions with management, SMEs', Vendors, Users, and other Stakeholders for open and pending issues by gathering critical information and producing useful information.• Participates in meetings and workshops with different stakeholders to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts.• Efficiently carry out process analysis and detailed functional specifications to work on various paper-based documents for digitization purposes.• Understand the business requirements and identifies gaps in different processes and implement process improvement initiatives across the business improvement model.• Works closely with the Project Management and Development team to provide timely updates.• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.• Identify areas of business process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks.• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks/projects.
