As system firmware customer engineer, key responsibilities are focusing on customer projects PO enabling and customer platform issue troubleshooting until shipping. Also Leading PCH/PMC debugging, supporting but not limited to black screen/hang up/can’ wake up/can’ power on etc. issues. Participating and contributing to global PCH virtual teams for PCH issue triaging & investigating. Working as BIOS/FW account owner supporting Lenovo mobile ODM customers (Compal/ Quanta/LCFC/Wistron/3Nod/Bitland etc), working closely with customer to fix any platform level issue during EVT/DVT/PVT phase, including but not limited to BIOS issues/FW issues/technical consultant/manufacture line down issue support. Supported platform evolving from Sky Lake/Kaby Lake/KBL-R to Coffee lake/Whisky Lake/Ice Lake etc.Key deliveries:  2019 - 2020: Working with Lenovo In house team for ACE Yoga S950 based on Intel TigerLake ACE project until PVT exit, not only working as customer CE but also BIOS developer, system debugger. 2017 - 2018: Deeply involved in Lenovo new concept E-Ink notebook Yogabook2 C930 from concept to production, and support Lenovo mobile ODM customers (Compal/ Quanta/LCFC/Wistron/3Nod/Bitland etc). 2016: Providing BIOS/FW technical support for Cherry Trail CR customers, issue tracking and fix 2014 - 2015: Development Intel Mobile based Bay Trail MRD7 and responsible for BIOS/FW development and provide support to mobile ODM customers(e.g. Lenovo)

Working as BIOS engineer, mainly focus on server customers, Including 3Com, ZTE, Lenovo and also Intel ESPD server department as team leader.  2013 - Lead one team to support Intel server department EPSD for BIOS issue triaging and fix (Intel Haswell etc. platform). 2012 - Supported Lenovo desktop team and on-site in Beijing Lenovo BeiYan Buildling for half year, participating in new feature development and critical issue triaging and fix, line down issue support in factory(Intel Mahobay).  2011 - Supported 3Com sever department for project bring up , BIOS related issues triaging and investigating, server feature customization, bug fix and maintain(Intel Calpella platform)  2010 - Supported ZTE sever department for PO event and IBV BIOS related issues triaging and investigating, server feature development and maintain (Intel JasperForest & Romley platform).  2009 - Ramp up EFI BIOS knowledge and basic flowchart.
