Ms. Deng is focusing on transportation planning and traffic impact analysis. She prepares TIA to assess the potential circulation impacts associated the variety of projects in California. She has an M.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Transportation and Urban Planning. In the previous work experience in Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), her primary responsibilities included developing urban planning models, assisting in developing air quality models, assisting in land use development analyses, and traffic impact analyses. As a Graduate Research Assistant in Center for Transportation Research in the University of Texas at Austin, her primary responsibilities included traffic operation analysis and travel behavior analysis, land use and travel demand modeling, activity-based travel modeling, use of non-motorized modes of travel, etc. She has also worked on projects in Nevada and China.
