• Maintain effective communications between System Solution Consultants, Technical Support, Implementation Project Managers, Network Specialists, Sales Force, 3rd party Data Management and LIS vendors and customers LIS.
• Plan, participate and conduct sales consultation conference calls as required to facilitate the sales process of the i-STAT System related to system solutions and data management
• Facilitate troubleshooting of customer’s data management system by bringing together the responsible technical authorities (Point of Care and LIS Managers) and assuring that reasonable solutions and timelines are set.
• Onsite evaluation of customer wireless networks for use with the I-STAT1 Wireless Blood Analyzer in relation to moving data to customer Laboratory Information Systems.
• Onsite implementation and support of the i-STAT1 Wireless Blood Analyzer with LIS
• Provide in-house training on data management and connectivity to Sales and Technical Support in relation to various Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

• Write and debug interface programs to effect Installation of new scripting and HL7 interfaces to customer Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Analyze and resolve issues with existing interfaces, the POCCW and related software and hardware in relation to customer Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Analyze, revise and debug interface programs to effect correction of issues and addition of enhancements for interfaces as per customer LIS specifications.
• Develop new program modules to facilitate functionality that is not currently available or as specified by customer as needed to communicate with their Laboratory Information Systems.
• Provide interface related training for customers and company field reps on the use of the interface and connectivity to various Laboratory Information Systems.
• Engage in dialog with end-users and company field reps to facilitate implementation, revisions, maintenance and installation of HL7 and Scripted interfaces to customer Laboratory Information Systems.
