Be in charge of contract renewal and probation management, termination, etc. - Facilitate and settle China office includes but not limited to office location search, lease negotiation, office decoration. - Partner closely with the headquarters’ Operations team, ensuring that processes run smoothly across business, operations, finance, legal, IT, HR. - Act as the first contact point for all office operational matters including within Business Operations, IT, vendor services and admin matters, work closely with headquarters’ Operations team and ensure the processes run smoothly. - Manage and organize company events: Team Bonding, Birthday Celebration, Employee Anniversary, Company Anniversary, Christmas Party, New Year Event.
