Planninga) S&OP and Master production scheduleMaintain and update S&OP.Develop rolling MPS to ensure plant will be run at safe and economical way, pass it to cross function for execution, adjust MPS according to the actual progress.b) Capacity planningWork out optimized product supply plan based on capacity and capability of reactors, optimal sourcing decision after communication with each region,.  Provide solution according to profitability of products, capacity of reactors, and key raw materials availability, make recommendation and proposal from SCM perspective.c) Raw materials planningEvaluation and assessment of raw materials suppliers.Participate in discussion of sourcing strategy and RMs allocations between suppliers.Work out RMs requirement plan based on MPS, keep monitoring RMs deliveries plan, ensure production is on schedule.Regular attend meeting with suppliers to discuss potential issues in near term and long term, modify MPS according to raw materials availability.2. Participate in setup of handbook materials process, involve in handbook materials management and inventory management.Work out reasonable production plan and raw materials supply plan according to sales forecast.Coordinate with Manufacturing, QC, Logistics and Purchasing, and set down feasible daily production plan and monthly raw materials delivery schedule.Coordinate with Logistics and CSR for final product loading plan& shipment schedule. Monitor sales forecast, inventory and plant status, daily update production plan.Monitor all internal process flow.Manage an OEM plant.

 Communicate with cross functions for information to make reasonable scenarios. Analyze profitability of different scenarios according to fluctuant raw materials supplies and product market; submit to management. Work out monthly, quarterly and annual S&OP plan, hold monthly S&OP meeting and passed production plan and sales plant to relative function to execute.  Participate in ASPEN-PMIS optimization discussions and applications; participate in relevant technical activities.

Implement daily manufacturing according to HSE regulation and daily production plan. Maintain plants in good condition. Handle emergency.Train operators..
