Completing and endorsing all inspection records from initialinspection till final acceptance of the piping systems Maintaining interface with the client (at the shop level) to ensure that all contractual and code requirement are met as far as the inspection scope is concerned. Conduct Physical Inspection of Different Types of Mechanical Equipment’s i.e. Reboilers and Floating Head type Exchangers) Vessels, Columns, and Ejectors. Conduct/Witness Total Flange Assurance (TFA) to ensure proper bolting procedure. Ensure NDT i.e. RT, PT, MPI inspection is carried out as per requirements. Witness Hydro testing of Mechanical Equipment’s such as Heat Exchangers, Vessels and columns.

Project:• Beni Suef 4800MW Combined Cycle Power PlantBeni Suef EgyptJob Description: Supervise Installation of Main steel structures, Boiler casing, Modules, baffles and sealing plates for Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) Supervise Installation of HP Separator, LP and IP Drums. Generates Inspection reports i.e. Welding visual reports and Erection Clearance Certificate. Checking of Boiler Piping’s and Valves, ensure NDT are carried out as per requirements.  Responsible in checking bolt tightening of Piping flange connection. Ensure proper procedure is carried out at all times. Monitor mechanical and piping progress on a daily basis.  Monitor Piping Progress e.g. daily welded joints and NDT and update Integrated Construction and Material Management System (ICMMS) Monitoring.
