 Responsible for group inter-company transaction reconciliation, including UK companies and off shore accounts. Supervising all revenue, expenditure and capital expenditure transactions were uploaded to system accurately.  Team responsible for business decision support, management accounting, financial accounting, accounts receivable & payable and all bank reconciliations New projects pre-acquisition appraisal, reporting complete with current and on-going budget costs for renovation and maintenance work required together with operational expenditure. Produce and present monthly management accounts to the project team and board of directors and providing answers to any variances arising. Tracking and reporting on going project costs to Project Manager and Directors. Liaise with group BVI holding company; ensure all group accounts reporting requirements complied, delivered timely and accurately set by the Director and Group Finance consultant. Attending periodic meeting with Director to agree financials and quarterly meeting to agree forecasts Key contact in annual audit and negotiation of points raised in management letter.  Managing and supervising quarterly VAT return and payroll of 80 employees, payroll yearend, P35, P14, P11D, CIS return. Supervise & control workflow, priorities of personnel employed on site ensuring that task specific and overall deadlines are met. Attending numerous meeting with all Directors to discuss financial results and advise on matters of financial improvement
