* Analyse and challenge product portfolio to identify cost optimisation opportunities, eliminate value destroyers and maximise the return on investment from trade spend (rebate) and Product Fixed Marketing Expenditure and from the capital base.* Provide the primary financial support and challenge in regard to the New Product Development Innovation and Renovation (NPDI) process.* Assist Divisional financial controller in strategy formulation and communication* Support in Monthly Business Planning process* Co-ordinate and participate in Market Business Strategy.* Challenge planning and allocation of financial resources is consistent and aligned with Dynamic Forecast/ Market Business Strategy (MBS). * Promote understanding of the business drivers using KPIs and comparative benchmarking.* Establish and promote clear accountabilities around target achievements and KPI delivery and performance.* Promote thorough understanding of cost structures/drivers and create visibility and coherent common cost transparency within the business.* Contribute to strategic modelling for new products-innovations and renovations.* Ensure execution of Pricing Policy / Margin is in-line with Agreed Strategies.

* Preparing annual financial accounts and income tax returns for Individuals, Trusts, Partnerships, Companies & SMSF* Business advisory* Providing Tax advices to Financial Planning clients including SMSF structural advice and tax effective strategies * Forecasting & budgeting for business clients
