The purpose of the role of Chief Operating Officer is to support the work of CEO in executing the mission and long term business strategy and in doing so focus on the optimisation of the horse racing business, both from a investment and operational basis.The COO provides the leadership necessary to ensure that KYLIN has the proper operational controls and creative business development in China and international racing industry in place to successfully grow the organisation.The role is part of the executive team and the position is highly visible amongst staff across Greater China region, Australia, New Zealand. I led the entire business across China & Oversea, which was comprised of four sub-businesses:- Building Horse Racing IP - Horse sales and management- Horse Racing / Owners Tour - Trading System and Horse Racing Networking APP- Events Organising and Management
