Key Projects:Eastern Freeway (Hoddle Street to Burke Road) Tender Design (VIC):Pavement discipline lead responsible for providing RFP-I tender design services for an approximately $800M project for 38 Degrees Alliance (FCC and Gamuda). Tasks involved:- Significant freeway widenings- New Doncaster Busway- Pavement rehabilitation design (asphalt overlays) of existing freeway pavements.Coffs Harbour Bypass (NSW)Pavement discipline lead responsible for providing tender design and detailed design services for an approximately $2B project, involving three new major tunnels, three new freeway-to-arterial road interchanges for Ferrovial-Gamuda JV. Tasks included:- Design of Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement (CRCP) for the tunnels.- Design of Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete Pavement (SFCP) for the roundabouts.- Design of High Modulus Asphalt (EME2) with Open Graded Asphalt (OGA) surfacing.- Sustainability assessment (embodied carbon and EnviroPoints) for all pavement types.- Pavement Investigation, Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) testing and modulus back-calculation- Construction Phase Support.

London Borough of Hackney is one of 13 inner London boroughs responsible for the improvements and maintenance of the 'Yellow Route' roads within the borough boundary. With London 2012 Olympics approaching, the borough received significant funding from Transport for London (TfL) to improve its road network primarily focusing on walking, cycling and bus projects.Responsibilities included:• Site Investigations including level measurement and surface inspections to determine the pavement failure mechanisms• Preliminary design to final designs using AutoCAD, including pavement designs and linemarking plans• Stakeholder liaison including public consultation, councilors, emergency departments, bus companies and various teams within the Borough• Provide detailed cost estimates using schedule of rates• Produce contract documents for contractors• Manage contracts and supervise construction works• Produce Works Programs and traffic management plans for the construction works, including sign designs using AutoSign, large vehicle detour routes and turning movement analysis using AutoTurn
