- Oversee all creative production responsibilities and ensure team members execute assignedtasks with efficiency and growth. These production areas include budget management, teammanagement, logistics, styling, concept development, retouching, asset management, assetdistribution, etc.- Collaborate with the HBX Marketing Team to develop content production calendars andstandards showcasing top-priority products.- Liaise with external teams to ensure HBX content is shared and distributed within the Hypebeastecosystem.- Review and analyse content performance data across social channels to continuously improveand develop top-performing content.- Grow and develop a team of high-performing creatives

- create high-engaged content on all online and offline platforms (indoor and outdoor).- strategies planning on project creatives and resources scheduling with projects goals.- responsible for all in-house shootings, eg: contemporary editorials, online banners materials, promotions items for Hypebeast and HBX.- lead, assist and offer support guidance to junior photographers with photography creation.- provide support, advises and mentor junior staffs in content production of images from development to execution.

- shooting contemporary editorials and banners for Hypebeast | HBX homepage - professional photography including apparel, footwear and accessories.- create high engaged content on social media channels.

- produce, deliver and manage high quality photography for luxury brand products- monitor and manage all studio equipment, inventory and maintenance - image cropping, processing and transfer to retouching in line - collaborate with the Marketing and Design team for digital and print ad.

- produce fashion product and model photography for commercial purposes - retouch models and background- monitor and manage all studio equipment- collaborate with the Marketing and Design team for advertisement /facebook /instagram
