Key Responsibilities:Team Management• Supervise and lead a team of four technicians, providing guidance, training, and support for optimal performance.• Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of activities.• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and productivity. Machine Operations and Maintenance• Oversee operation of Infrared Heating Handling Machines, managing loads up to 700kg and ensuring smooth sheet sliding for heating and press forming.• Monitor and maintain Stator Picking Machines for accurate stator removal, measurement verification with camera sensors, and proper injection molding for plastic coating.• Ensure efficient removal of completed stators from molds and placement on conveyors for further processing.Technical Expertise• Expertise in oil-operated and high-precision machinery related to connectors and infrared heating.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.• Implement regular maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:• Lead designer for multiple automation machinery projects.• Ensure designs meet customer specifications and industry standards with a focus on precision, efficiency, and reliability.Machine Design and Development• Ground Blade Cutting and Insertion Machine: Design for scratch free insertion of a 0.03mm thin film into connectors.• Waffle Stacker Machine: Develop a machine to stack special connectors up to 8 layers.• Special Connector Post Machine: Create a machine to differentiate between good and NG products based on pin quality.• Oil Valve Placing Machine: Design a collaborative machine to improve cycle time by 30% for oil valve handling.• Oil Valve Inspection Machine: Develop a machine to inspect internal diameters and ring chips, segregating failed and passed parts.• Oil Pin Inspection Machine: Design a machine to inspect and separate oil pins based on external diameters.• Carbon Strip Pasting Machine: Create a machine to handle carbon strip sealing, pasting, cutting, and placement.• Orientation Checking Machine: Design a machine to correctly position and insert special connectors into customer tubes.• Pin Orientation Correction Machine: Develop a machine to correct connector pin orientation and insert steel casings with laser marking.Supplier Management• Engage with suppliers to procure designed parts timely and accurately.• Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.System Development and Tracking• Establish a robust system to track delivery dates for fabricated and standard parts and accessories.• Implement an automatic email registration system on Google Calendar for reminders to the person in charge (P.I.C.).

Key Responsibilities:• Gain foundational knowledge of CNC machining processes, including programming, setup, operation, maintenance, and interpreting technical drawings, under mentorship, while participating in practical hands-on training sessions to acquire proficiency in machine setup, operation, and software use, alongside developing a comprehensive understanding of CNC machining workflows, components, tools, and the importance of precision.

In the period of 2 of my years in UTM, i will never regret to join this team.
