Leading Bandalabs’ business development, I’ve driven key client relationships and expanded our portfolio with top global brands (TRIP Group, Roborock, Think Academy, Off Stamp, SKG, Alipay, etc). As part of the company leadership, I oversee a talented team, managing project execution and delivery, while also working closely with global colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration. Additionally, I spearheaded strategic partnerships with major social media marketing agencies like We Are Social and MeetSocial (飞书深诺) and contributed to the company’s growth through successful pitches and revenue-generating campaigns.

• In charge of the strategic design, planning and management of company’s online course & study services (website and WeChat account/mini program based on webapp), career development and on-campus events• Manage the hiring and on boarding of all employees; analyze and created L&D programs tailored to team’s learning needs according to individual performance and production development stages; created digital training material to address performance gaps to align competencies of new and experienced employees; develop and implement standards and processes of the performance assessment for the company• Facilitate communication with multiple business partners, including SEGA Sports, Beijing GuoAn FC, AliSports, oversee and optimize efficiency of cooperation projects• Lead the planning of multiple product marketing campaigns that tripled user base; spearheaded the planning, identity design and on-site event management of the 2017 & 2018 China U.S. Sports Forum (held in New York and Beijing, respectively)

• Incubated a pioneer project by conducting product prototyping, testing and optimizing; convinced and obtained backing from CEO on external and internal resources, including the participation from senior colleagues and high-profile partners from various sports brands, including the NFL China, AKQA and Youzu Sports• Took initiative to design the business plan by benchmarking competitors, analyzing core advantages, budgeting and roadmapping product development; contributed to Mailman’s A+ round of funding of 120 million RMB• Lead the research and design of 6 comprehensive sports management curriculums • In charge of team’s daily task management and coordination, as well as partner communication• Developed the project’s brand image and gained recognition from students in multiple universities through producing on-campus events, including career development lectures and career fairs
