Then after nearly two years, I have participated in the training of PTN, GPON, OTN, and some other new generations of transmission technology, which were all showed in my practical work ,accumulating my rich work experience. In these two years, I was mainly responsible for the daily maintenance and service work of GPON in transfer chamber .For so many times , I was invited to attend the fierce discussion about GPON network status and related issues held among the expert team in this field for all China Mobile Branches . The final top one would be awarded labor medal of Guangdong Province, This competition was organized and involved by the Guangdong Province Labor Hall, Guangdong Mobile, Huawei, ZTE, Alcatel Lucent and some other equipment manufacturers.
