Prior to the current responsibilities, led the product development and management functions in establishing one of the flagship product lines within the Enterprise Risk Solutions division, managed a team of 100+ staff in a wide range of disciplines including software engineering, professional services, business analysis and product management, headed implementation projects for global strategic clients as lead solution architect. Worked closely with sales in sales cycles by providing recommendation in regard to project scoping, sizing and phasing, and consulting on solution proposal to our clients and prospects around the globe.
